Survey of the current state of safety management
The survey is benchmarked against best practices from aviation and other industries. The surveys range from lighter GAP analyses to more comprehensive surveys. The surveys will include a joint development plan.
Safety Management System
We assess and develop customer Safety Management Systems and, where necessary, create management systems that meet customer needs. The service includes system implementation support.
Situational Awareness
We assess and develop Situational Awareness building in customer safety management. We develop situational awareness through elements such as: safety observations and their processing, a technical system for handling observations, and the establishment of a proactive situational awareness. The service includes deployment support.
Safety investigations
We evaluate and develop safety investigations (accident, injury, incident and thematic safety investigations). The service includes human factors considerations and training, as well as deployment support.
